1. Agreement to Terms

By using XGALAX, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Discontinue use if you do not agree.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use XGALAX.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access at support@xgalax.com.

4. Smart Pass and Tickets

Smart Passes are issued per-event and non-transferable unless stated by the organizer. XGALAX is not responsible for organizer-initiated cancellations. Refunds are subject to each organizer's policy.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers agree to provide accurate event information, honor all issued Smart Passes, comply with local laws, and not engage in deceptive practices.

6. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. XGALAX may charge a service fee. Organizer payouts are subject to the Organizer Agreement holding period.

7. Loyalty Points

Discovery Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked for fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to scrape data, impersonate users, use the platform for illegal activity, or interfere with platform security.

9. Intellectual Property

All XGALAX branding, logos, and software are the exclusive property of XGALAX. Reproduction requires written consent.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is." XGALAX is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed events.

11. Limitation of Liability

XGALAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Angelholm, Skane, Sweden.
